Mountain View Marching Band Camp

 

Band Camp dates are required for all members of the MVHS Marching Band

All Students are required to carry a water bottle on their body during all rehearsals.
"Camel-Back" or other types of "wearable" water containers are strongly encouraged.

These Important Dates are Required for All Members

August 9 - 12

Student Leaders

8:00 am - 4:00 pm

 

August 11 - 12

All New Members:  9:00 am - 4:00 pm
We will get a head start on learning and reviewing the basics of marching
Wear athletic shoes; comfortable clothes; sunscreen and hats
bring a lunch and water bottle *

Full Band Camp

Band Camp weeks run from Monday through Thursday, leaving a long weekend for family and friends.

 

August 16 - 19 - All Members:  8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Wear athletic shoes; comfortable clothes; sunscreen and hats
bring a snack, lunch and water bottle(s) *

 

August 23 – 26 - All Members:  8:00 am - 4:00 pm

 

August 30, 31 and Sept 1 - All Members:  4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

 

Marching Band Family Picnic - Tuesday, August 31st, 6:00pm – 8:00pm

 

We will begin regular after-school rehearsals on
the first day of school.  All after school rehearsals begin at 2:30 pm and end at 5:00 pm.

 * For the health and safety of our members, all students are required to have a "wearable" water bottle such as a "camel-back" or canteen.
